Atlanta, GA
We at 1CG welcomed our newest office in 2021 to manage the greater Atlanta GA area after a decade of nurturing the relationships and needs of this market. In response to these efforts and success, has come the addition of this office, which will service Nashville TN, Birmingham Al and all of the greater Atlanta, GA markets. We greatly value the opportunity to be part of this community and continue to expand our presence locally. Currently we work with many of the major general contractors in the area but welcome new opportunities to forge relationships as other contractors continue to join the market. Some notable higher education projects in the area that we’ve worked on include Emory HSRB II and Georgia State University Science Park 2.

Charleston, SC
After over a decade of serving the Charleston community, it is with great enthusiasm that in 2020 we announced the opening of our office in the heart of Charleston Proper. We are very proud to be part of the Charleston business community and are looking forward to expanding our roots further by officially having a local presence. We invite all of our partners to stop in and take a tour of our office. We are happy to host your team and owners in our conference room for Project Development or scope reviews. There are many projects we have had the pleasure of being a part of, including the glass box at WestEdge, the Morrison Yard projects and Hotel Bennett to name a few. 1CG works with all the major general contractors in the Southeast region and continues to work to build relationships with those general contractors we’ve not yet had the pleasure of working with.

Is to act in a manner that demonstrates exemplary professional conduct; competence or skill expected of a professional. Professionalism requires behaving with dignity and courtesy to clients, fellow professionals, and others in business-related activities.

Is the degree of excellence of something. Quality is never an accident; it is the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution. It represents the wise choice of many alternatives.

Is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness.

Is the state of keeping or being kept secret or private. Exercise the utmost discretion in handling confidential information and matters of official business which can damage the image of 1CG or our clients.

Is a modest or low view of one's own importance; humbleness. Humility is not thinking less of yourself but thinking of yourself less.

Is also the exchange of information and the expression of feeling that can result in understanding. We must be mindful of our words and opinions and refrain from vulgar language. We are to communicate to others (everyone) with integrity and respect at all times. Our words should be used to build someone up and not destroy or slander them doing what is right when no one is watching.

Teammates may not make any false statements, misleading entries or material omissions in any of 1CG books, financial records, personnel records and systems or other documents or communications.
