Each pillar has its own department to focus on details, enhance communication, and keep schedules on time. Our departments operate with a team approach, with experienced professionals ready to tackle your glass and glazing needs.





    PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    Success just does not happen, it is planned. Even before a project is awarded, our Project Management team reviews the project schedule and puts measures in place to procure both material and labor in our Procore Management System to prevent possible delays and to keep your project on track.








    At 1CG, Safety is our 1st priority and everyone’s responsibility. We take a proactive approach to ensure our safety policies and procedures are being followed and to ensure injuries are prevented. This is done through constant training, testing and monitoring in our shop and throughout every jobsite. Safety meetings are held daily on every jobsite and audited for compliance.

    QUALITY CONTROL


    Quality
    We routinely self-perform quality control inspections on our projects at different phases of installation. Starting with a review of the design and shop drawings even before materials are fabricated. Followed by on site inspections and self performed water testing. A dedicated satisfaction team is appointed to ensure that our client’s expectations are being met.
